A 5-week mindful meditation class focused on aspects of the loving-kindness practice. In this class, you’ll introduced to several practices in the loving-kindness umbrella. During each class, there is a topic I will share a talk on, lead a mediation, and create space for processing and Q&A. This class is for everyone. Maybe you have years of mediation experience or none at all. Everyone is welcome!
